Game of Bots ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Joy Ohimebanks Limited (RC8569291). We are a software company that develops automated trading robots ("bots"). We do not act as a broker, fund manager, or custodian of client funds.
We connect our trading bots to your own broker trading account, which you control and fund independently. Our bots execute trades on your account based on their programmed strategies. We do not take custody of, or have access to withdraw, your trading capital.
A one-time annual connection fee applies, based on your account size, before any trading account can be connected. Each connection fee covers up to 2 trading accounts; connecting additional accounts beyond that requires paying again. This fee is non-refundable once your account has been connected.
Profit generated on a connected account is split 50/50 between you and us, unless a referral arrangement applies (in which case the split may be 50% client / 40% us / 10% referrer). You are responsible for accurately reporting profit made and paying your share owed to us.
Trading carries risk. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. You may lose some or all of the funds in your trading account. We do not guarantee profits, and we are not liable for any trading losses incurred on your account, whether resulting from our bots' trading activity, market conditions, broker issues, or any other cause. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
Nothing on this website or provided by our bots constitutes financial or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decision to connect a trading account and accept the associated risk.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the trading account details you submit. We take reasonable measures to protect your account credentials, but you accept the inherent risk of sharing trading account access with a third party.
Referral commissions are calculated only on profit share payments actually received by us, and are paid out at our discretion once a withdrawal is requested and processed.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
