When you connect a trading account, we collect your broker name, server, account number, and account password, which is stored encrypted. When you make a payment, our payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave) process your payment details directly — we do not store your card details.
We use your information to operate your account, connect our bots to your trading account, process payments, calculate profit share and referral commissions, and communicate with you about your account.
Your trading account password is stored in encrypted form and is only decrypted when needed to connect our bot to your account. It is never shared with third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with payment processors (to process your payments) and as required by law.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive trading account credentials and secure password storage for your login. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
